This production line is a complete screening and conveying production line customized by XIANFENG for a large sand processing plant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 2022. Used for screening six specifications of sand and gravel materials, including 40-50 mesh, 50-60 mesh, 60-70 mesh, 70-80 mesh, 80-90 mesh, and 90-100 mesh, for quartz sand. As the customer requires 25t/h and a screening accuracy of 95%, we have selected a double composite square swing screen as the screening equipment for this project, and equipped it with a bucket elevator, belt conveyor, silo, and other supporting equipment to complete the entire solution.
