









Airflow Screen, also known as Centrifugal Screen, is a high-efficiency screening device specially designed for light-specific-gravity micro-fine powders.Different from traditional vibrating screens and cyclone airflow screens, its core design logic is as follows:the primary function of the airflow is to seal the bearings and prevent powder from intruding;material screening is achieved by the strong dispersion and projection of internal rotating blades.It mainly solves industrial pain points such as screen clogging and bearing jamming caused by powder ingress for light-specific-gravity, easily agglomerated and easily adhered powders, making it a special screening machine for light powder.

The main machine cylinder adopts a fully enclosed sealing structure to prevent dust spillage, and is divided into a screening area and a discharge area. The material options include carbon steel and 304 stainless steel.
The rotary dispersing and screening assembly comprises a main shaft and high-strength dispersing blades. It achieves material dispersion, projection, and centrifugal propulsion through high-speed rotation, serving as the core executing component of screening.
The screen cylinder is equipped with a cylindrical screen, whose mesh size can be changed as needed. Fine powder passes through the screen while coarse residue is retained and graded.
The dedicated fan for the airflow sealing system, coupled with the air seal chamber, forms an airflow barrier at the position of the main shaft bearing, specifically preventing fine powder from entering the bearing.
The upper/side feed inlet, lower fine powder discharge outlet, and end coarse residue discharge outlet of the feeding and discharging system enable continuous automated operation.
The main motor of the drive and frame, coupled with the transmission mechanism and a stable frame, ensures smooth operation and low noise of the equipment.

Can heavy-specific gravity materials be screened? Answer: Because its screening core is "blade dispersion + centrifugal projection". Light-specific gravity materials (usually <1.0g/cm³) can be easily dispersed and projected by the blades onto the screen, ensuring smooth screening; heavy-specific gravity materials (such as metal powder, quartz sand, etc.) cannot be effectively projected by the blades due to their own weight. This not only results in extremely low screening efficiency but also impacts the screen, wears the blades, and even damages the equipment. Therefore, it is not recommended for heavy-specific gravity materials.
