









The automatic big bag filling machine, also known as Bulk Bag Packing Machine, is special purpose equipment for automatic quantitative weighing and filling of large tonnage bags (usually 300kg 2000kg). Its core functions include automatic bag clamping, precise weighing, filling, bag releasing and conveying. It is widely used in chemical, building material, grain, fertilizer and other industries.

Platform Weighing (Floor‑scale Type): The ton‑bag is placed on the weighing platform for weighing.
Hanging Weighing: The ton‑bag is lifted and weighed by tension sensors.

Bag Clamper: Operators hang the ton‑bag lifting lugs onto hooks; the bag opening is clamped and sealed to prevent bag‑opening detachment and dust leakage during filling.

The ton bag weighing and packaging machine is special purpose equipment for automatic quantitative filling of bulk granular and powdery materials into large capacity bags. It completes high precision, automated ton bag packaging operations through the coordinated work of multiple modules. Operators hang the four corners of the ton bag onto the machine hooks, and the pneumatic bag clamping mechanism tightens the bag opening to achieve a fully sealed, gap free fit. The lifting mechanism hoists the entire ton bag, while the air blowing system inflates the bag to fully expand and shape it. The weighing system automatically detects the empty bag weight and performs tare zeroing to eliminate interference of bag weight on final metering.
The fast feeding mechanism is first activated for rapid material filling. Once the preset coarse flow weight value is reached, the system automatically switches to slow feeding mode to approach the target weight precisely. Weight sensors feed back real time material weight data. When the set rated weight is attained, the control system immediately cuts off feeding and stops material discharge. Upon completion of filling, the lifting mechanism lowers the ton bag steadily onto the pallet. The bag clamp releases the bag mouth, the bag hanging hooks automatically disengage from the bag lifting lugs, and the finished product is conveyed away by the transport system or forklift.
1) Gravity discharging: suitable for free flowing granules, sand, gravel and ores.
2) Screw feeder: suitable for ultra fine powder and dust prone materials (titanium dioxide, lithium ion battery powder, lime powder).
3) Belt feeder: suitable for large size, high specific gravity and fragile prone materials.

The machine is widely suitable for granular, powder and lump shaped materials, such as ores, chemical powders, grains, feeds, cement, fly ash, etc. Both dry and wet materials are applicable. The adjustable standard packaging range is 500kg 2000kg, and the mainstream working condition is the standard 1000kg ton bag. The weighing range and discharging structure can be customized according to material density and bag size. The powder type machine is equipped with a dust proof sealing structure, while the granular type adopts a large caliber anti clogging discharging design.
For the semi automatic model, workers need to hang and hold bags manually, and the machine automatically completes weighing, feeding and discharging. It is cost effective and suitable for small to medium capacity production scenarios with multiple material varieties. The fully automatic model can automatically finish bag hanging, bag clamping, weighing, filling and bag releasing with zero manual intervention. It can be connected with dust removal, arch breaking and palletizing systems, and is suitable for large scale production lines, high output and dust free working conditions. Both models share the same weighing accuracy standard, and the only difference lies in automatic operation procedures.
Under standard working conditions, the static weighing accuracy is ±0.1%, and the dynamic filling accuracy is ±0.3%, which meets industrial quantitative packaging metering standards. Granular materials achieve higher accuracy, while ultra fine powder materials may see slight accuracy fluctuations caused by dust emission and material bridging. Accuracy can be optimized through parameter fine tuning and installation of pressure stabilized dust removal structures.
