This case features a high-tech enterprise located in the 3D Additive Manufacturing Industrial Zone, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The client found XIAN FENG via Google and required a series of screening machines for 3D additive powder recovery. Since 3D additive materials are high-value consumables intended for reuse and prone to oxidation, the client selected our nitrogen-purged enclosed vibrating sieve to enable recovery under an oxygen-free environment. Following communication and commercial negotiation with Frank, Sales Director of XIAN FENG, the client promptly placed the first order worth USD 10,000 and indicated demand for a complete production line in the future. The equipment was delivered in September 2026.

It serves for pretreatment of virgin powder and screening of recycled post-printing powder, removing spatter, agglomerates and molten slag. Qualified powder can be directly reused in 3D printers, substantially cutting waste of costly metal powder. The buffered feeding structure reduces powder impact and extends screen service life. We have over 50 clients across South Korea, and product quality remains our bottom line. We believe superior quality and after-sales service will drive our long-term growth.

Equipped with an ultrasonic mesh-cleaning system, the unit uses high-frequency micro-vibration to eliminate electrostatic adhesion, agglomeration and mesh blinding of powder. It delivers stable screening for 20–100 μm powders suitable for SLM, EBM and DED additive manufacturing, supporting continuous cyclic screening. All powder-contacting parts are fabricated from mirror-polished 316L stainless steel. The smooth inner walls resist powder buildup, prevent particle shedding and impurity leaching, meeting high-purity powder standards for medical implants and aerospace components. The machine allows easy disassembly, cleaning and material changeover to avoid cross-contamination.
